El dictador muerto? No,no,La extraña súbita muerte del dictador Fidel, y la incineración del asesino.Si es verdad que murió, que yo no lo creo,  seguro que la cremación fue para prepararlo al calor de su nuevo hogar, EL INFIERNO!!.

Es raro como lo quemaron tan rápido, comúnmente los lideres caídos de los regímenes comunistas, lo convierten en una especie de momia con colorete para preservar y usar su imagen de inmortal líder, como Stalin, Lening, Hugo Chavez, Pero'n  y muchos mas .dictadores comunistas, Por que a Fidel no? Por la presente, me estoy dirigiendo a todos los esbirros Castro-comunistas,si les queda una neurona sana y busquen en la historia mundial, se darán cuenta que las dictaduras, de izquierda o derecha, han sucumbido por la justicia de los arriesgados hombres y mujeres, que por la fuerza han derrocado las tiranías, y ustedes no son la exención, el régimen caerán tarde o temprano, ya cayo el primero por la justicia divina, y ustedes no se salvaran de la justicia, a no ser que ahora, inmediatamente comiencen en colaborar, sus hermanos perseguidos, maltratados y encarcelados por pedir, lo que ustedes se creen que tienen falsamente, la libertad individual que ustedes lo la tienen mientras sean colaboradores del gobierno tirano y opresor, yo no estoy hablando de los derechos humanos, yo me refiero a los derechos individuales, que Dios les dio al hombre y a la mujer de ser libre de cuerpo y pensamiento. Comiencen ya, porque la rueda de la justicia los demoledora si no lo hacen hoy mismo.

Should we perform a lobotomy to criminal’s sentence to death?

. I verified that lobotomy has been utilizing to pacified schizophrenic patients. I wonder if we can use the operation in violent criminals instead of putting them to death or perpetual condemn, this will neutralize those dangerous criminals, and after a year or so releases to a minimum facilities where the inmate can be rehabilitated. According with my research the individual lose the ability of planning any purpose, per example, to commit a crime, the Frontal lobe dis-function, is an impairment of the frontal lobe that occurs due to disease and head trauma also a surgically removal of the frontal lobe. The frontal lobe of the brain, plays a key role in higher mental functions such as motivation, planning, social behavior, and speech production. A frontal lobe syndrome can be caused by a range of conditions including head trauma, tumors, degenerative diseases, neurosurgery and cerebrovascular disease. Frontal lobe impairment can be detected by recognition of typical clinical signs, use of simple screening tests, and specialist neurological testing. This procedure will save money, beside the human aspect.

The frontal lobe has three main areas, known as the pre-central cortex, prefrontal cortex and the orbitofrontal cortex. These three areas are represented in both the left and the right cerebral hemispheres. The pre-central cortex or primary motor cortex is concerning with the planning, initiation and control of physical movement. The dorsolateral part of the frontal lobe is concerned with planning, strategy formation, and other executive functions. The prefrontal cortex in the left hemisphere is associated with the prefrontal cortex in the right hemisphere is involved in spatial memory. The left frontal operculum region of the prefrontal cortex, or Broca's area, is responsible for expressive language. The orbitofrontal cortex is concerned with response inhibition, impulse control, and social behavior

A particular area, within the mid-dorsolateral frontal cortex, located in the frontal lobe, has been implicated as playing an intrinsic role in both, cognitive planning, and associated executive traits, such as working memory.

Disruption of the neural pathways, via various mechanisms such as traumatic brain injury, or the effects of neurodegenerative diseases between this section of the frontal cortex and the basal ganglia specifically the striatum (cortico-striatal pathway), may disrupt the processes required for normal planning ability. There is a positive relationship between impaired planning ability and damage to the frontal lobe. I had a book where contain information about how to practice lobotomy with an ice pick through the eyes socket. Democracy without parties political.

In our democratic system there are two political parties that fight each other for several reasons, including personal and political ambition. Because having political flags? As two armies, instead of obtaining it approval by the elected officials, without political parties, without names, and without flags.

I insist that political parties divide the nation, and public opinion is influenced by names, color, flag and emblems, when human nature divided tem selfinto two groups or fractions, without names, only those who agree and those who are not. In a democratic system without political parties the common people is not able to elect a President, because most of them do not have the knowledge of who is the better candidate  to govern the nation, most them are influenced by the media, politicians payed advertising, diverting the real purpose to elect a President.

 

I think that the public servers must be elected by the common voters. And the President will be chosen by the public servers, elected by the people, Mayors Councilors, Representatives, Senators and others public servers, are more qualified, to choose the President, without the use of political parties.

Choose a public server is a simple task that the common people can make, instead choosing a President is a more complicated politically task that require a more politically prepare voter. The participant’s candidate for a position, will be chosen by a Superior Electoral Tribunal, as the High Court of Justice this will be composed of citizens with impeccable past, with a university-level education.

In the elections campaign, each candidate would be allowed declare their political curriculum only, as his certified personal biography, to create confidence to the voters. Candidates may not mutually accused, to prevent insults and personal scandals. The voter can choose freely, without influences of any kind, their representatives, public servants, only with what they learn from the candidate and your conscience, your vote is sacred and secret.

"As the Earth passes through seasons, the same goes to us in the course of time.

.Autumn. This may seem like old age, but is only signs of a new phase of life. Knowledge and wiser. Times of crisis and hardship are times for family support each other, together, help each other to endure what sometimes are the icy winds of change.

 Winter. when the sow of time cover your hair and you are wiser at the pic of your winter life

life is full of the stations, and changes are best with the support of some of their good relatives and friends. Today at My 87 years better, I feels touch by the happiness of having such of wonderful descendants, and some good relatives and friends”. Enjoy it and be happy of been borne.!!

The traffic nightmare

Drive in Miami, and the rest of the county, is becoming an act of heroism, especially drivers of the 3^rd age, go driving in any city. The traffic of course have incremented in exaggerated proportions, due population increment, but it is not an excuse to don’t have a system that organized and implement reforms to the traffic. The transit department of Miami Dade and peripheries cities, is terrible, in fact to the whole nation cities. I began my crusade five years ago, I contacted city officials, and federal transit departments, DOT, and others agencies, without a response, nevertheless I will continue until the administration of the traffic department of every city and the Federal department of transportation listen to me. In fact, I have the traffic solution of USA and the whole world:

1-      The synchronization of the traffic lights to the principal avenues and streets.

2-      The frizzing the red light in every intersection, all four lights at least 5to10 seconds.

3-      Installation of speed bump, in every stop at least 10 feet before the stop sign.

4-      Installation of speed bump in every four traffic lights.

By this actions there is no need for traffic camera, and instead monetary penalty, the violator will pay with community labor, e.g. swiping the street painting the speed bump in yellow, mowing the grass, and other community services.

I am sure that the politician will protest this disposition, because it imply les ingress to the treasury chest of the city government, and this is detrimental for the politician’s pockets, but for the contrary, will stabilized traffic, less accidents, less death, and at the long run, the city will save money. Only the lawyer, the cameras company, and their associates (judges) for sure will protest emphatically.
